Your own inner wealth is waiting to be discovered by you. The heart is a true treasure chest - it is full of magic and magic and has an incredible potential of energy and power to strive for our desires, our visions and goals and to easily achieve them.

In the heart space we enter the silence and this fullness, meet our self in mindfulness and in the calm that we carry in our hearts. 

Through guided visualization and activation of individual acupuncture points (soul points) in self-application, we change our energy and thus strengthen our basis and the connection to our innermost core. We get into the depth of our being and transform our energy with the tranquility of the subsequent meditation and inner journey - change becomes possible in and around us and we begin to discover our true potential, to live and face everyday life with peace of mind, serenity and mindfulness encounter.

This evening will take place on site in the practice in Wettingen.

The Herzensraum evening is held with a minimum of 4 participants.
